Massage therapy
Massage in Missoula,on West Alder.
Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, lymphatic drainage and hot stone — 60, 75 or 90 minutes — with 2 licensed massage therapists practicing inside Serene Day Spa at 445 West Alder Street, Missoula.
The modalities
Swedish massage
Long, flowing strokes at a pressure you set. The default when you want to unwind rather than work on something specific.
Deep tissue massage
Slower and more focused, for chronically tight shoulders, low backs and hips that don't let go on their own.
Lymphatic drainage
Light, rhythmic work to encourage lymph flow — often requested post-surgery or when you're holding fluid.
Hot stone therapy
Heated stones used alongside hands to warm tissue before deeper work. Booked at 90 minutes.
Sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, reiki and myofascial work are folded into sessions where they'll help, at no separate booking.
